Ectomorph body trying to gain some mass

Hi, I'm seeking some advise from fellow fitness people who manage to find a solution to the problem I have.

I have a ectomorph type body and I've tried to gain weight over a year ago by doing regular gym routine with a trainer. The problem i face here is that i have acid reflux and that the 6 meal plan or eating alot gives me alot of issues. The constant heartburns and food trying to come up my throat is...no joy. I also could not drink too much water especially when i have a habbit of not drinking much, but i still try to...drinking too much also triggers this heartburn issue and often i feel bloated.

so my gym routine back then was

Mon - bjj training
tue - weights with a PT
wed - bjj training
thu - weights with PT
fri - rest
sat - rest/work
sun - rest/work

my PT sessions have a mix of body/arm/legs and etc, and since i have bad back posture i do alot of back work to strengthen my back.

bjj (brazillian jiujitsu) i do 1.5 hours to 3 depending how i feel that day but usually 1.5-2 hours of proper workout and resting.

i also stop taking whey after the first tub and went to mass gainers which really suck...its a dread drinking such starchy and thick mixture. But that seems to be the best substitute of calories i could find since i could not eat that much in a day.

So my question,...im gonna start back my routine on working out but i need help in the diet dept. I really dont know what should i be eating and how do i avoid having my acid reflux issues. those who share the same conditions as me please do share some advise.

thinking of forming an Elite PVE dungeon guild

So ive been gaming alot with my american friends only and occasional some malaysians from cctv/SOS server dudes.

I just left a "elite" dungeon group due to some reasons i dont like, most "elite" ppl have a really weird attitude and really low tolerance and should i add ..bad EQ? Instead of hunting around again I thought why not start my own and see whos interested.

my goals :

1. help players complete all dungeons story mode
2. daily runs of dungeons explorable mode (this way you can get whatever tokens you desire and we will always have a dedicated team/guild to run with)
3. be good in what we wanna do, which is running dungeons effective and efficiently. Ofcourse this will take time as we will have to run several till many runs together.
4. i believe there's no less talented people in the guild but sometimes certain things needs a lil dedication

if you're up for the idea, drop a post or send a PM, I can hook you up with some material from my previous guild for the good of sharing.

it would be really good if you're familiar with certain dungeons as well and prolly "exploits" i run fractals daily and been carrying some people up but when i wanna progress myself its really hard thats why i wanna have this guild.

if it even matter..im base in blackgate now.

controller constantly disconnecting

ive just got my xbox and i realise that my controller constantly gets disconnected, ive tried changing batteries and it still happens...funny thing is it happens more frequent when i play fighting games...any idea what could cause this?would be good to know if its a hardware issue or its a norm issue b4 i send it back to the shop

ive just recently installed windows xp 64 bit and somehow i have problem reading my CF card from the card reader..i doubt theres any issue with the usb drivers as other peripheral are working fine.

or is there an extra driver i need to install?hmm

im not too sure where on earth to place this thread and figured this kopitiam is the right place as its has the most views/junk and threads like this dont need to be archieve long.

2 days back my mum found a baby bird..was wondering if any 1 knows anything bout bringing up a baby bird whos almost mature enough to fly..

would appreciate if you can pm me so we can communicate more...

a lil more detail bout this bird.
its small...i would assume its a sparrow or something..one of those brown birds we see around.
it can fly...a lil not far..proabably a feet or less.
its starting to eat itself..but still have to hand feed.used to have to force food in its mouth..its getting more active by the day..chirping and all...good news i think.

so yea..would like to know how to make this bird ready to fly out n live on its own..any experience?
