Buy from Official Maxis or Authorised Reseller?

Hi all,

I am looking to subscribe to Maxis Home Fibre as I recently bought a new place.

I noticed that the official Maxis website is selling the 300Mbps for 149/mth, however alot of authorised reseller out there are offering 129/mth only.

I am tempted to get the maxis home fibre from authorised reseller since they are cheaper, but I cant help to wonder what's the catch?

Anyone here can advise? TQ

Hi all,

I recently signed my SPA agreement for a sub-sale house (Freehold).

I have signed the Loan Offer, and I am in the midst of dealing with my lawyers to get the Loan Agreement signed.

My question is, once the Loan Agreement is signed, typically how fast can the loan be disbursed? (Most people say that it can be disbursed within 3 months, but what's the fastest you've seen?)

Note: I'm loaning from Maybank.

Compatibility of ear pad cushions

Recently i purchased Sennheiser HD201, and I found out that the ear pad cushion is too thin, and makes my ear press against the hard speaker surface.
After an hour or so my ear becomes strained.

So i checked online and found a thicker ear pad cushion that has the same dimensions as HD201 (75mm x 95mm), but it is meant for Beats headphone.

Looking for notebook with mobility

Looking for a notebook

- less than 2kg (lighter the better)
- price less than RM 3k (preferably around 2.5k - ish?)
- Long battery life
- able to do some gaming
- i5 processor
- 1GB RAM of graphic card

I would prefer ASUS brand

Any help? =/

Im looking for a notebook that will be used alot on gaming.

However I have no idea what kind of specifications to look out for

I need advice on which notebook to get. (Budget is around 2.6k)
