I whatsapp the seller to ask whether the ps3 is still available. After negotiation, the seller decided to sell me the ps3 at RM 500 included postage. I told him that I'm worried if some damages or incidents happen during posting and he was telling me that he sent few fragile gadgets and there is no problems.

At morning 8:15am, I banked in total amount for him. He replied that he received the payment and will proceed to post the item. The problem is he has no more replies after 8:42am. Since he didn't reply to inform about the postage, I whatsapp him again at 6:19pm, 8:28pm and 10:28pm. But unfortunately, no more replies from the sender.

I once again texted him to reply me asap. He replied me that he got something urgent rush to Semenyih and he mentioned that the ps3 has been sent and promised to text me with the tracking number at night. He didn't text me anything that night. He told me that his father is sick and with relatives in Semenyih. No more replies after that.

At 1:55pm, I whatsapp him again since he didn't reply me AT ALL(5 messages). He finally replied at 1:59pm with his current location. Yup, I have checked the location. It is the place he mentioned. And he told me that the item I should be able to received but I DIDN'T. I kept asking for tracking number so that I able to track where is the parcel. I think this always a biggest concern of buyers, right?

And if he needs to stay at hospital to take care of his father, I didn't blame him. So I told him to ask his family member to send me the tracking number, but no replies.

I called the pos malaysia to ask what to do since we don't have the tracking number to track. The people told me that they couldn't help without the tracking number. The only way is to get from the sender. Texted the sender somemore CALLED HIM FOR 12 times(NO ANSWERS) and he constantly online in whatsapp but THERE ARE NO MORE REPLIES FROM HIM, AT ALL.
