Hi Newbie here, anyone can provide some guidelines to build a cpu? what part should i focus? graphic card, motherboard, ram...etc. if want to build a working cpu for rendering which part should i focus at, if gaming cpu which part i focus.

budget should be 3k-3.5k

my monitor shock by lighting,

1.)basically which part is spoil,
2.) how to check which part spoil,
3.) usually how much to repair

now my monitor condition is when i connect the cpu and monitor it have power and the screen have show up the startup screen of the monitor logo, but after that it stay black screen. cpu is running, just the screen keep remaining black, any idea which part spoil??
