URGENT! Need HELP from all anime lovers! PLEASE!

Dear every animes lovers in this anime shrine, I'm new in this forum. I got no choice but have to ask help from big community. I tried on my AnimeClubs but nobody know this anime... SO PLEASE!! I wanna rewatch it! But I cant remember a freaking single thing about this anime except the scenario!!! iIncluding the anime name, heroine/ side character name. All I know is...
I need help and the intelligence that sealed inside your BRAIN MISO!!!!

Here is the thing I remember.
- Main character is a Guy. Not sure he is still student or what.
- The anime is about a small ratio of people can use special power, each people got different power.
- The heroine has the power of turn lies into reality, just by adding "Uso desu"(Or maybe something like that, sorry That time I still dont fully understand japanese, and memory kind of blur also) into each sentence he said. (E.g: "This glass will never explode, Uso desu" and the glasee will explode.)
- In the middle of few episode, the heroine lost his power of "lies" when he add the compulsory word into his sentence, his power doesn't work.
- Then later in the next few episode after he lost his power, he found out that is power cant be use just by speak out, it can be use by writing out instead. (E.g: "The light bulb won't explode" then instead of adding "Uso desu" into his sentence, he use his index finger to wrote "lies" in the air. And his power took effect.)

PS : Sorry my memory is kind of blur and in fragment. And these day been struggling with my brain miso and I still cant remember the anime... I already searching for it like years... I watch this on youtube when I was around.... 12-15 years old i think.... Sorry can't remember much!

I'm going to open a saving account with the debit card... Just don't which bank I should choose and I having headache with these ... And I'm a student, its better if the bank can transfer college fees viz debit saving account... going to be 18 in march...
