as mention on the title.....just would like to know that what will u do if 1 of your ex-colleague which long time nvr contact u...suddenly sms to u and says that ask your help to borrow money but promise that he will returned it b4 X'mas.....amount is RM500

maintenance fees for renting a condo

hi to all LYN property sifus!

As mentioned on the title above,I believe for those who stay/purchase a condo unit.Must pay maintenance fees.....

Just would like to know tat if I got a condo unit and wants to rent it out,....the maintenance fee is pay by the tenant or the owner (myself)?

cos I'm thinking of buying a condo as for investment......please feel free to share cos I did not buy any property yet.Thank you very much

I'm new here in LYN....may i know why each time where I reply or post my message on a thread in LYN....it wont show my nick as the "last post by" my nickname.Eventhough I had refresh many times as well...no matter i use IE or mozilla firfox still the same.
