PC Crashing

Any1 can help me?My pc keeps crashing when I play games like Mass Effect 2 or other games. This never happened before and I always play with lowest specs in the games.

When my pc crashes. It off's Straight away. Doesn't display any bluescreen or anything. Any1 have a solution for this? I recently changed my PSU to a good one but still it doesn't help... It's a low end pc but it isn't suppose to crash until whole pc off straight away right?

My pc is

Intel E5700 3.0GHZ Processor
4GB Ram
ATI HD 4600 series

Price : Below 2k but now 2.7k

Brand : Doesn't matter...

Specs: Intel and only Intel.. No AMD
Graphic Card Nvidea or 2nd choice ATI
USB3.0 if possible.

Usage : Gaming, *Mass Effect 3, MW3..
Reliability- I want this laptop to last for some time and not blue screen frequently
