Stray cats shit at neighbour's house

I live near a hawker food area and there are a bunch of stray cats and dogs living there.

I am an animal lover and usually feed them cat food on a daily basis.
And then there is this old lady, who came and scold me because cats shit at her house, which is located opposite the usual feeding area, just next to hawker stalls.
FYI, she bought the house but is not staying there. The house is usually unoccupied and she only comes to clean every few days.

So the lady said she has cancer and it is unhealthy for her to inhale stinky smells.
She claimed human lives are more important than animals, I should stop feeding them and let them starve and eventually they will go elsewhere...

I was like WTF and told her that her method of thinking is wrong, animals are also living beings that deserve care.
It's not like the cats wanted to live on street and beg for food, some were abandoned by irresponsible owners.
I recommended her to use some deterrent but she claimed already tried and it is not working and told me to stop feeding them.
I told her I cannot control where the cats go shit, and if she's unhappy with that, just call the local council and ask them to handle this.

So what's your take on this? I do understand the problem, but treating animals like pest is very wrong to them. Any recommendation on good deterrent or something?

Hi guys, is there a connector as mentioned above?

I bought a fan controller but it only has 3 pin males and my chassis fans are 4 pins molex (male & female) plus a 3 pin male connector.

Controlling fans powered directly by PSU

Hi guys, I recently upgraded my chassis to HAF922 and installed 2 x 120mm to the side panel.

Since there is no spare 3 pin available on motherboard, I connected these 2 fans to PSU's 4 pin. They run fine but the problem is, they are extremely loud.

My motherboard is Gigabyte EP45-DS3, is there any way to lower the fan speeds in BIOS? I can only find Auto, Enabled and Disabled options.

Thanks.

BTW: Should I install the side panel fans as intake or exhaust for maximum cooling?

My friends and i staying at Bukit Mertajam and Butterworth have experienced an upgrade to 1.5Mb line since yesterday. All four of us are 1Mb RM88 package users.

Here are some screenshots, click them for fullscreen view:

My modem shows 2MB connection but that's just DSLAM speed, you can see the little window at bottom right displaying DL 160 (a little overhead) and UL 47 KBps.

Speed test results, HTTP download speed is able to reach 140+KBps

Unfortunately, BT is still capped at 128KBps.

Although TMnet has yet to announce the upgrade, i'm *pretty* sure this time is for real.
