Are there any Malaysian PUBLIC universities offering Bachelor of Economics/Finance in English?

I did a search in this sub-forum of "economics, finance English" which returned "zero result".

Anyone who had experienced such a course recently, please give some pointers. Thanks.

Are there any shops in Malaysia selling discrete electronic components to retail customers?

Such as ICs, capacitors, resistors, transistors etc like the ground floor of Sim Lim Square in Singapore.
