Hi,

I would like to seek experienced house buyer / owner to answer my questions on the 2nd-hand house property.

How can I check the current owner is listed on the house/land title ? I looked through the cert/title only stated that the property freehold but doesn't have owner name.

The seller only provided a copy of this title and photocopied of "power of attorney" which listed current owner name with some kinds of transaction payment.

Will these documents sufficient to prove that current owning this house ?

Would like take those cautious steps before proceed further..

I'm never done this kind of bond stuff.
I would like to know what's this thing ? Is it safe for investment ?

I have no knowledge regarding investment but strongly interested on those bond stuff.

Hi guys,

I'm new to this section but I would like to learn how does it actually work ?

Let said I want to loan money in range of 200k to 300k (maximum), any best package offers from local bank available now ?
I prefer 30 years loan and have tried the loan calculator, I felt surprised for the amount of interest paid (around 250-270k++).

Mind to share how you guys really start to buy new house (eg first installment, etc ) ?

Hi,

What'd you guys thinking the job scope as an manufacturing/ system engineer (fresh graduate) in Japanese company ?

I going through lowyat forum this section, many people said it's tough environment (no flexible hours, work OT, never late for working).
Any senior engineers mind to share their experiences ?
