Is the Legal Fees & Charges like this is norm for most?.

It is much more than the Loan Calculator & based on Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2005 table calculations..

Is this amount reasonable for a Lawyer to charge? MISC etc...

First time buyer here...

Subsales or new Property?

Hi all big brother, am new in the property world & thought of buying one for own stay & rent out(if needed to cover loan repayments). Currently salary per annum roughly 36k or 3k average/mth.

Should i look into subsales & which area is good/advisable for me?.(Have looked around Ampang, Cheras, Puchong, Old Klang Road, OUG, Kuchai Lama). Am currently working in Jln Ampang area near KLCC.

i'm actually from Melaka town & i'm also wondering if i should buy a unit in Melaka first instead before buying in KL.

Any senior advise for me?. I can't help but always shocked to see all the property prices in KL, Klang Valley.

Also freehold or leasehold better?
