Cordless Phone problem!

(dear admin sorry if I post this topic in wrong category)

last week I upgraded my streamyx and i get free wireless modem and also cordless phone so I change the old phone to this new one...so the problem is, I can call 100 but when i want to choose the language for example I press 1 and it say that they still waiting for respond..?? It's like the button doesn't works anymore ..but actually the button is still okay ...Anyone got this problem too? please....

I've never pay the fee online, so, i just want to ask anyone who have experience pay it online.

How to pay annual subscription fee online using Maybank Visa Debit Card??
