i seen alot of people car kena scratch, and very deep scratch. WHO could have done this ? local or foreigner ?

damn asshoole! my car also kena, 3 scracth from both side, to back.
My cousin car also kena, my relatives car also kena, my friends car also kena.

however good thing is Stamp Duty will be bear by bank..

how come cant find discussion for Park Residences, south bangsar thread?

its a fine looking condos, low density, leasehold, located in right heart of between PJ & KL

i am not agent, just keen buyer on this location..

looking for a good bank loan type too..

saw a posting just now about AL HADJI bank giving FREE LEGAL feee ( S&P, Stamp Duty , Etc )

but cons is BLR 6.9% ( -2.45 )

EPF payment housing installment

would like to check how does the EPF housing installment payment help

for eg.

lets say i earn a salary of RM 8k,

EPF employer RM 1040, EPF employee is RM560

Total EPF payment is RM 1600

Housing price : 600k

monthly loan payment : RM 2600

Can i use all RM 1600 from my EPF to pay the house ? then i top up RM 1000 myself ? how does it goes ?

hi i am newbie in this forum and hope members here can help

i am in thinking to purchase a condo around taman seputeh area, asking price is RM 600k non negeo

this condo is more than 15 years...maintainence fee and sinking fund RM 0.35 psf

is it worth to buy ? for own stay ( 1270 sqft 3r, 2b ) need renovation
