With over 60% protein content, spirulina is the highest, most potent and most digestible natural protein source known. BiO-LiFE Organic Spirulina is certified organic by the United States Drug Authority (USDA) and Institute of Markokologie (IMO), Swithzerland. It also meets all international food safety and quality guidelines and has obtained halal certification.

Being organic, BiO-LiFE Organic Spirulina is free from pesticides and artificial fertilisers. It is consistently tested free from microcystin and other algal toxins. Organic spirulina also has a superior nutrient profile, compared to non-organic spirulina. Being in powder form, it is also more stable than liquid spirulina.

Organic spirulina- The nature’s super food
Spirulina falls under the category of "blue-green algae". It is an excellent source of complete protein, beta-carotene, B vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and enzymes, which occur in their natural form for optimum assimilation. Unlike other plants that contain hard cellulose, its cell walls are soft and easily digested. Besides that, it also contains the essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA) which is found in mother's milk and evening primrose oil.

Organic spirulina is one of the most nutritious and concentrated whole food of mankind. Experimental studies have documented that nutrients in organic spirulina are higher than in non-organic spirulina. As we are becoming concerned about the dangers of preservatives, additives, chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers pose to our health, organic spirulina offers the best nutritional benefits for the whole family. It is free from pathogens, herbicides, pesticides and other chemical contaminants.

Supplementation with organic spirulina may be beneficial to improve general well-being, strengthen immune system, support cardiovascular function, improve gastrointestinal and digestive health as well as to enhance natural detoxification. Its concentrated nutrients make it an ideal supplement for people of all ages and lifestyles.

If you have a busy lifestyle or are away from home and do not get nutritious home-cooked meals, consider making organic spirulina your next best friend. It is a green treat which can be swallowed whole or sprinkled on foods or drinks as condiment.
