It is the electrical board problem.<br />So i went to Startec today to claim my warranty for this item.<br />I met the female boss in the shop.<br />She changed it for me. She plugged it in to the case and unplugged it.She repeated this few times at her counter which is not infront of me.<br />I did not feel any suspicious at that moment.<br />Now i reach home and inspect and test the new claimed External HDD Case.<br />I found the device was stratched at the front and at the side.
