Hi Lowyat Property Sifus, I have a question. Right now, I am doing a project to simulate how much it will cost to build a mini hydropower plant in a forest reserved land. Specifically, I would like to know if its possible to purchase the reserved land. If so, from who can i get more info about that? Also, assuming that i am building this to provide free electricity to the local community, will government give the land for free to me?

I am sorry if its a no-brainer question. Kinda new in this field.

Hi guys, recently my lips became very dry until a point it started to itch a lot. There were burning sensation too and i thought maybe I didnt drink enough. So i went to buy vaseline today hoping that it would heal but it ended up releasing yellow pus and form crust. Anyone here has experience on this? What medicine should i get?

I have done a bit of studies on the net and thoughout of getting 1% hydrocortizone and an anti-bacterial cream (polysporin). Any comments on that?

Hey guys, I am currently planning to buy lavalier mic to use together with my zoom h1 when i found out that I would need a TRRS to TRS adapter to work. Not sure if its too specific but I couldnt find anyone here in Malaysia selling such an adaptor. If anyone of you here know any sellers carrying that, please let me know

Hello pipu

So i want to build a desktop with a decent spec, eg (i5, 4GB ram, 1TB.. ) and laptops with such specs cost around RM2000. I thought desktop with such spec will be cheaper than laptop but when i see those custom rig in the sales subforum, i got a shock because some can take Rm2.5k to build an i5 rig, while others can build an i5 for only RM1300 (WTH!?). Well I know I have missed a lot of things here but having a budget of RM1500, i seriously hope i can get a decent desktop with decent specs as my family desktop. I been to a few subforums in lowyat but i dint see any guides or thread teaching how to build a desktop rig. So may i know where did you guys learn this? Can recommend me some reliable and detailed online guides? Meanwhile, i am a no gamer, so is it possible to build one that is meant to last long, and decent rig made up of bang-for-bucks components? I am more into documentation and once in a while, entertaining myself with music and video. thanks people!

Continuing from my previous thread of books recommendation, I have got an insight of roughly what investment books to study. Then recently I stumbled upon a few webpages and it tempted me to get these books written by locals:

1. Azizi Ali series
2. "I love Stock" by Pauline Yong
3. "How to Make Money from your stock investment even in a falling Market" by Ho Kok Mun

Will appreciate if anyone can know any sources for these books as I couldnt find them in the bookstores. I accept eBooks too, and are willing to share my ebooks too with you as a "token" of appreciation for sharing haha

Hey people, I am currently a project which requires me to maintain an amount of bicycles (30-100 units) Based on the allocated budget, I can only spend rm15 to paint one unit of bicycle and rm30 for repairing. (I know the repairing is a general term because there are a lot of things that can spoil in a bicycle. But I just want to roughly know a quotation of how much you guys charge for all sorts of possible defects - The Spare parts and Work Force).
