Can't move on..help

I just broke up with my ex like 2 days ago. But I got this guilty feeling, I'm trying to move on as hard as I can.

I've been in this relationship for 5 years, pretty much everyone in my family already know her and expecting my relationship with her will leads to marriage.

The reason I broke up with her is:-

- Insecurity, she thinks there are pretty girl in my mind besides her.
- Trust, she never trust me when comes to women. I was forced to remove ALL my female FB contacts (schoolmates,colleagues,cousins)..true story
- She always digging up my past relationship and assuming that I cherish my past more than being with her.
- Sensitive, she's from east-coast and there's one time we had a dinner with my family, my mom starts conversation by asking her
"the food taste in KL not as good as east-coast right?"..after the dinner, she went nuts and keeps on assuming my mom being arrogant KL people who downgrade her. From there on she never stop insulting my mom.

during my 5 years relationship, I lost almost all of my friends, she don't let me hang out or keep touch with my friends (yes, guy friend) because she scared my friends will drag along female friends.

Now the reason I cant move on is:

- I felt sympathy for her since she's not in a good term with her family, so basically she only have me.
- She don't have a friends since we've been together, reason was..she sacrifice all her friends just to be with me all the time
- She also rely everything on me since she can't drive, now this really bothering me.

there you go. help me please.

Jasmine Tridevil, 21, saved up for two years before finding a plastic surgeon willing to carry out the operation.

She told a local radio station more than 50 doctors turned her down before a surgeon - who has not been named - agreed to the job.
