External HDD Beeping Noise

Long story short, I don't even know what happened. But basically was at an event yesterday where my laptop was used as projector, so I had HDMI plugged in, power, audio out, etc. At the end of the event, noticed my hard drive, Seagate Backup Plus (2TB) was not working. Came home today to plug it into my PC to hear a beeping sound. It doesn't sound like motors or mechanical, more like there is a speaker inside the hard drive beeping.

What could be the issue? I can't detect it when I plug it into a PC/laptop cause my hard drive light won't turn on. However, it is showing up in Device Manager.

So recently I just graduated from MUFY and I know people will say why not Monash but that's because I have no interest in the units offered at Monash and it's not something I have interest in. Anyways I've narrowed down my search to Taylor's - BACHELOR OF MASS COMMUNICATION (HONS) (ADVERTISING) and Sunway - BA (Hons) Communication. I was wondering with these two unis in mind, which is a better choice, in terms of lessons, lecturers, price? Along with that I also have interest to go to Australia for an exchange/transfer for one year.

Taylor's also offers this "exchange" program to another Australian university - how does this work? Is it one year and you just pay to Taylor's but cover your own living expenses?

Sunway I plan to do two years in sunway then transfer out to another Australian uni, don't know how expensive is that and will other Aus uni accept my credits from Sunway because as far as I've checked they don't have their own exchange program.

Hey guys! Yes, it's another USPS post. Keep in mind I have read most of the USPS post on Lowyat but they aren't to recent (the ones I found, if you have later one let me know)

Recently I bought something off a store from New York and they shipped quite fast, using First Class Mail (not worth it to priority). Now through tracking, It's saying "Departed" - Malaysia. Is it supposed to happen or they completely got the wrong Country or something..

Basically, I purchased an Alienware x51 from the Alienware website on Sunday 22/6. (Please do not scold me saying I should custom build, expensive and all. I have my reasons.) Now I just want to know, since I see all the threads on Lowyat all from 2008 / 2010, very old. How long do I need to wait for my Alienware?

Okay, this is the story. Yesterday, I had a bottle filled with water (half full) on my desk. Accidentally i knocked it and it sipped into my macbook pro.
I din't have any tissues. Used paper and went out for an event. Came home, still got water in the macbook, but the macbook in sleep mode so still can on.

I decided to wipe it out, and use a hairdryer (because of my stupidity) to air out the water, took out some keys, then use tissue to dry.

When i turn the macbook on, the keys go crazy, auto typing and stuff. So I force closed it. Then put at the side and dry it.

Few hours later, couldn't turn on. Now also (1 day already) of drying, cant turn on. But the charger can work "Orange Light"

Any suggestions, or i should just give up?

Anyone has the problem when starting up, take a long time, like 1-5 mins? I only install few games and some software only.. I want to solve it quickly.. I got the Macbook13-inch.
