Limitation on PayPall account

Good morning everyone,

I have a long time not using/login my PayPall account and recently I need to transfer money to United States as I purchase something from seller there. However, I found out that my account is limited. Does anyone know how long it takes to remove the limitation on my account so I can proceed the transfer? I already update my password/credit card/security question. It's urgent and seriously need help!!

I know this is girl's club but there is no reply from men's section. Does anyone has any friend with the experience to do facial treatment at Men's Skin Centres?
Recently they have a promotion in Groupon (http://www.groupon.my/deals/penang/eternal-beauty-wellness-11/720591530) and I wish to try.

I'm 20++ and still popping acne. The acne scar resulted during the puberty is still very obvious. I'm tired of trial and error with facial products and wish to look for professional advices. I'm in Penang and if whoever got other better facial center who provide decent facial treatment please tell me. Thanks in advance

Inquiry about herbal massage oil

Does anyone know where I can buy this herbal massage oil? Its label only has "Fresh Zingiber Herbal Spa Massage" and no other specific name.

My mom bought it from a Thai guy in Penang Times Square and she is looking for it but no idea where can buy it. I google it and got no result.

Anyone knows? It would be better if the shop in Penang. Thanks in advance.

JPA Scholar after graduate

Hi everyone, I'm a PIDN JPA scholar which major in Chemistry and currently carry out my three-month internship at research center in public university. I will finish my internship in coming September.

I would like to apply for job in private sector and start working right after the internship but according to the contract, I have to report to JPA and/or SPA after graduate.

The question is should I just wait them to call me for interview for job or I can find my own job first?
I afraid that they will call me to go for an interview after I started working in a private company. It will be quite troublesome.

Anyone has experience with it?? Seriously need some advice, thanks in advance.

Further study for JPA scholar after graduate

I would like to ask all JPA PIDN scholars that is it possible to further study right after graduate from my bachelor degree by delaying the bond with government?

I used my first year CGPA to apply and I received the offer and wish to get the confirmation answer before printing out the documents.

I had called the JPA office and the person said he don't know and ask me to refer to syarat, which the answer is not stated within the syarat. I did call to other number to ask as well but seems the lines are busy. So, I need advise and help as I have to give those documents to HEP of my university by this week.

Can't open mp4 file

Recently I just updated my windows after almost 6 months didn't update it, however, after it, I couldn't open mp4 file ONLY even use VLC, GOM player, MPC star player. I still able to open other video file like FLV and etc etc.

Any sifu know what may happened in my laptop? Does it related to the windows update??

Problem with converting video

Not sure whether that I posted at wrong section but I seriously in need of help and advise. Recently, I faced problem of converting video files like mp4 to mp3 by using Youtubedownloader. Before this, the conversion worked perfectly, but after I had to reinstall it due to some problem few days ago, it can convert for the first day but after it, just before I click the file to be converted, the Youtubedownloader shut down automatically.

Did anyone face the same problem with me? and know how to solve this problem.

F.Y.I, I'm using the basic Youtubedownloader and not the PRO version. Help~~~

Take out photo without format SD card, how?

Shadows from flashes

I had my Nikon D5100 one year ago and learnt photography technique from friends and trial and error. Since last year, especially my prom night, I took some photos and found out there were shadows when using flashes. I noticed the photos took by my friends seems don't have the shadows as they installed speedlight on their DSLR. As I still lack of experienced and knowledge in photography, I wish to learn more while I'm free now. Can any kind soul tell me that how can I prevent the shadow effect?

I try reduce the light intensity of flash, it worked but the subjects is no longer that contrast and dark. With normal intensity of flash, the flash would be too bright for somebody and close their eyes accidentally. So I guess I have to use diffuser after did some research in net, am I right? Not so sure about it and wish for advises from experienced. Thanks.

Non-bumi can apply Uitm in UPU?

Just wonder whether non-bumi can get a seat in UiTM as hard to find confirm answer in net. Some of my friends say can't while some of them apply it in UPU as it is near to hometown. Uitm will be a good choice if non-bumi can enter as it provides many course.

Can anyone give me a confirm answer? Need answer urgent as UPU is expiring very soon. Thanks.

3D causes dizziness, not feeling good

I'm having problem with 3D things since last few years. Watching 3D movies is okay for me, sometimes it may causes me to feel little dizziness but games like first person shooting game or those which need you to keep looking around seriously make me dizzy, not feeling well at chest and even get sick as well as fever. After a night sleep, the dizziness is cured partly but still make me easier to feel tired next day.

I know I can prevent dizziness by not touching those 3D things but I still wish can cure this problem as most of my friends having no problem with it and I wish I can enjoy it as what they did. I seriously need advises from experienced.

How to apply to become a part time teacher?
