City University of Hong Kong- Engineering

Hi guys,
Seriously in need of your advices on my option now.
I just got the admission into City Uni of HK in Civil Engineering.
The admission package comes with a full tuition fee scholarship (3years).
Do you recommend to go?

Here are my few concerns:
1. Apparently, City Uni is not as prestigious as HKU & HKUST. Is the gap in terms of teachings quality and environment between the top notch uni and city uni obvious?

2. My offer is with advance standing which only requires 3 years to complete. However, I understand that in order to practice in Malaysia as a professional engineer we need at least 4 years of undergraduate studies. Well, is there any exemption? Or probably taking an external test to comply with the requirement?

Appreciate for every kind advice here. Thanks.
Hi guys,

Was having a dilemma on choosing INTI or UTAR in Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Was told that UTAR has a better reputation and career prospect in Engineering field although it does not provide a conducive environment to train a better me (majority speaks mandarin).
Ignore Monash and Nottingham anyway as I cant afford to go there.
Which to go? Seriously in need of opinions. Thanks for the guidance if you did.
