[WTA] CPU bottle-necking my GPU

Dear All Sifu(s),

I just purchase my new graphic card (Zotac GTX 980 TI Amp! Extreme 6GB) few weeks ago and I notice there's a laggg (fps drop) occurring when I play game (DOTA 2) with high setting which formerly using graphic card (Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 4GB) with no problem. As practically, this card (Zotac GTX 980 TI Amp! Extreme 6GB) is capable on handling demands graphic. Could it be my CPU (Intel Xeon E3-1231V3) are the one that causing my GC performance? Need your kind suggestion and help dear all sifu(s).

* Attached here are the CPU/GPU loads comparison during gaming along with the setting of my game (Dota 2) on high settings.

after releasing the latest android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)..google is giving us a surprise with their upcoming android 5.0 jelly bean..any comment from u guys?if its released..will high end 2011 phones (SG2,SG-Note & etc) get to try this new OS?

hello guys..i have a question here..err..i'm planning on buying new phone but with a Plan (celcom/DiGi/Maxis)..so..for example if i wanna buy the Samsung G Note or Samsung G Nexus..what amount should i need to pay every month and how much deposit (duit muka/wang pendahuluan) should i pay for the plan and the phone?anyone can help here..pls...
