Streamyx Upload Speed Problem

as per topic, i just got the streamyx office in the box 4MB fix in my office recently. and i having problem with the upload speed while connecting to my firewall. using speedtest/speedometer i got 0.01Kbps and sometime error msg appear during the upload. no issue with the download though.

if i connect my streamyx 4MB directly (without going through firewall), my download and upload speed is perfect.

so, i've done some troubleshooting.
1. disconnect the modem from the firewall, the dl and ul speed is perfect for the LAN and wireless.
2. connect the modem back to firewall, dl ok but ul problem on LAN. test on wireless, dl and ul speed is perfect.
3. using a new PC (without any IP & domain settings) connect to LAN with modem on firewall, test on the dl and ul speed is perfect.
4. remove all IP settings on my laptop, dl ok and ul problem on LAN. test on wireless, dl and ul speed is perfect.

previously my office is using streamyx enterprise 1MB and there is no problem at all. the only difference i can see with both streamyx are:
1. streamyx enterprise 1MB - come with 1 fix ip.
2. streamyx office in the box 4MB - dynamic ip.

btw, im using SonicWall TZ100. have gone through all the settings and documentation, there is no settings to limit the bandwidth or whatsoever.
really need all the pro sifu to help this time. thank you.

Need Help On This Problem

Need help from all the expert here. Facing this problem recently after upgrade few hardware in my PC. It will hang during and after boot up. Only way is to reset.

Hardware upgraded recently.

1. Enermax 370W True Power PSU (bought from my friend)
2. 2 x 512MB KVR DDR400 PC3200 (bought from LYN forumer)
3. Asus N7600GS AGP (bought from one LYN forumer)

For the first two items after upgrade, the system is working fine. Problem started after change the GC. The GC is only been use by the previous owner for 3 months. After few reset, the system will work fine. Just like now.

Troubleshooting done by myself.

1. Use the latest driver downloaded from Nvidia website.
2. Update the latest motherboard bios.

My rig.

P4 2.6CMhz
Intel D865PERL Mobo
Asus N7600GS AGP
2 x 512MB KVR DDR400 PC3200
10/100 NIC
TDK 52x32x52 CD Writer
LG DVD Writer
Enermax 370W True Power PSU
