Hi all,

I have a short question need advice regarding the contract employment. I got a job offer recently from one of US based MNC offered me a 2-years contract due to there is no headcount allocate from HQ currently.

May i know what is the difference between both contract and permanent? If contract, am I sign directly with the company itself or any of outsource firm? and how exactly the headcount work in MNC?

Hi guys, a story about one of my best friend.

She is a mother with half year baby. Now still stay together with her parther ( the father of her child ) they never register before..just done the traditional Chinese wedding dinner, but his name is on the birth cert of her baby. She thinking to leave from his house cuz her bf treat her very very bad..he work as property agent but almost no income and using my friend's money to sustain their life. Scold to her everyday and sometimes will take out knife to threaten her life. My friend still in cc debt currently because of him taking out all her money and spent elsewhere.

She thinking to leave but what make her worry is do she get full custody of the baby eventho his bf name is stated as a father on the birth cert? will he, by any chance fight for his right for the custody? will he gets his right for the child? She just can't leave her baby. The guy seem like no interested to giving up for custody.

Sincerely need advise. I really hope to help her..thx..

hi guys, this is all about my story.

I fall in love to a girl who is my colleague too. We knew each other when she came over to msia for training. We are from the same dept but in different team. At first, I just treat her as my colleague. During that time, I just broke up with my ex and ended 5 years relationship. Feel depressed hence always offer to bring her explore the country in weekend to kill my time. We always hang out together with other colleagues. I did enjoy the moment with her and slowly found that I have crush on her.

We still keep in touch via wechat occasionally after she went back to shanghai. However, she look doesn’t like to reply my msg. We end up the conversation within few msg everytimes.

During valentine day, I bought a flower and sent to shanghai. She looks surprise and from the way she replied me I can felt that she quite happy. I think this is kind of obvious signal to show that I like her.

I am thinking going to shanghai find her and she promise will be my tour guide during the weekend. My question is should I go there and confess my feeling to her? Am I stand any chance? Or perhaps I should move on and get a life?

p/s: she is from middle income family. Like most of shanghainese struggling to buy the property but have no issue to buy branded stuffs. Overseas graduate. While, I am just an ordinary person.

possible to ask for extend probation period?

Hi guy, I need advise badly from u all. The situation is I am currently working at a mnc. I will pass my probation by next month but I am looking for another opportunity on the same time. The outcome is still in process and basically I have one more stage to go thru so I don't think I can know the outcome during my probation period.

Bear in mind if I confirm as permanent,I have to giving three months notice. I don't think the company willing to wait me for three months according the conversation between both of us.

So is it possible for me to ask my superior extend my probation period one more month? What kind of excuse I can use? Impossible I am telling my boss I want to jump ship. I am looking to secure a job first before tender letter. Hope all the sifus here could shed some light to me.Thx.

Ok guys, just curious how high the cgpa for fresh grad is consider fair enough so hr/employers won't think that u are lazy or didn't put effort on ur study. 2.8?3.0?3.5? Or first class?

Hi guys, I just graduated and work at MNC for few months only. I plan to get myself a cheap apartment so that I can save money for rental fee. My questions are:

1)Am i able to get loan approval from bank let say my basic 2.8k and I am going to loan around rm180k. I still left 5 & half years car commiment which take me rm500 per month.

2) what is the maximum repayment years I can get for 2nd hand apartment?
