Car rental business (long term)

Hi,
Anyone has experience on this car rental business, three years contract with a foreign company, one Alphard n one good, both brand new, around rm420k, only vehicles not need driver. What sort of permit? N insurance coverage, understand that I can register the car under my company n put as private use, to save some road tax n not need to register as commercial use. The car under the five years warranty unlimited mileage for alphard. Vios is relatively cheap, I think it is not a issue. Target to part in rm120k as deposit for the cars, rental rm13k per month,is it doable?

Any sifu can advise? 3 of us joint purchase a double storey house in pj and we need to rent it out. Can the monthly housing loan interest be declared as expenses in the rental income? As we don't want the rental income to be taxed heavily. If no? Wat is the suggestion? Look for one individual with lowest tax bracket to charge?

Bill increase with New TNB meter

After TNB replace the 3-phase old meter, my monthly bill increase by 50~60%. What can I do? legally.
I called TNB, they mentioned this is common as the old meter is not accurate.

Lenovo S10-2 Battery Power

My 3-years old Lenovo S10-2 netbook just off by itself, suspect battery kaput, as I plug it back to 13 A socket, and it will be on again... when I off the power supply, it will go off immediately, I suspect direct power now, battery not supplying any power.. pls help.

My 2009 Lenovo S10-2 Netbook, when turned on, the screen become blank (with backlight), I tried to connect to other monitor, but nothing shown as well (no data)? but I can noticed the harddisk icon is blinking.
Any idea? by the way, since it is no more warranty, anyone can advise who can repair this? plan to purchase a new laptop but, need to recover the photos (my 2 years old daughter) from the memory.

Anyone invested in this HSBC structured investment? currently, Volkswagon is open? and next week BMW is coming?
a bit confusing, not sure how HSBC make money, as it will range from 102% to 65%, where the principal will be returned 100% within this band with the monthly calculation mode. the return is up to 10% payable montlhly unless it auto call once it hit more than 102%.

anyone have this issue on OSK (handled by Symphony)..
1 Recently, OSK EGM in Aug, I only managed to get the info/ letter by Poslaju one week after the meeting, not sure why they don't want me to attend? by purpose? no point by then as the meeting is over.

2 Then, when I apply to purchase the recent right issue (expired on 16 aug 2012) for OSK property, I just received a letter 2 days ago informing me that my application failed as it was late, they only received the form on 28 aug. But, the letter was sent on 13 Aug? more than 2 weeks to arrive in KL from Mentakab??

Not sure any of you have this experience? as I feel cheated with this OSK counters. Is it by purpose?anything I can do? can I write to security commission or bank negara??

OSK Property Right Issue

Anyone monitor this counter? as I had been given right issue for OSK property, with 1 right issue with 3 free... at Rm1 each unit, the dateline is already over, and I had make my purchase for the right issue. My question is: since the price now is around Rm1, should I sell my share now at Rm1 per unit, as when the right issue is up for trading, I think the price will drop 66% due to the free issue... what you think?

OLD Books and Furniture recycle

Anyone know the charity organization that collect old books (more than few hundreds in chinese language, very good books) and also some old furniture (3-seater and 2-seater) to be disposed in USJ good year court. To throw it away is a waste..Not sure any charity organization can provide door to door collection?

House Renovation in PJ (MBPJ application)

Dear All
Anyone can advise on this? I am staying in double storey terrace house leased hold in tropicana.
I planned to shift one my column for the car porch to the side, (build a new column at the fence, and remove the middle column) so that I can park 2 cars in the car porch easily. This also involve expanding the main entrance (auto gate from 10 ft width to 12 ft width), shifting the mail box & rubbish collection.

Pls advise whether tis involve the application to MBPJ? how much I need to pay? anyone can assist?

I also plan to change the old chainlink fence at the back to the anticlimb type for the back of my house.

Anyone have good contact on CCTV? which I intend to install as well.
