Please advise for new PC below RM6,000

Hi all, I'm looking to get a new PC with tight budget constrain RM6000 and as below as possible.

I don't game much but would like to be able to support decent gaming settings if I decided to play some new games.

Will mainly be used for photo/video editing. mostly browser based no-code platforms, and maybe some AI generative artwork / machine learning for hobby.

Below is something I've put together for around RM5,500:

MB: MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4

GPU: GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX3060 12GB

SSD: Lexar NM710 M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 NVMe SD 1TB (5000/4500)

HDD: SEAGATE 2TB Barracuda (7200Rpm/256Mb)

Casing: Corsair Carbide 4000D Airflow
