Judgement order/ Order of sale

Hi All,

I have a PL with outstanding of 6 months. Total amount is about 8.8k balance. The reason of not paying because my wife now is jobless due to retrenchment last year
I open the ccris and saw the legal status there is a Judgement order/ Order of sale.
What does it mean with Judgement order / Order of sale? Anyone can explained?
Do I need to attend court or something? Or can I make some smaller installment payment to the bank?
Can the bank that I owe PL (BSN) sell a property that I am paying (Say Maybank or Affin).
Need some advice.
