Hi, anyone here have experience of being short paid and employer didn't want to pay back the correct amount after voiced out to them?

Can go to labor office?

My current situation:

i have left the company. For my last salary, they divided pay by 30 days and then only counted working days into my pay.
It doesn't make sense at all. If want to divide by calendar month then should include non-working days (weekends) in the pay as well.
The finance manager insisted they are correct in the calculation and didn't pay less to me.
I'm really angry about this

their calculation:
Pay / calendar month x working days (not including weekends)

Can they say I'm not serving full notice period if take unpaid leave for the last 2 weeks of employment?
