Very bad back ache in the morning?

Past 2 days could not get up from bed bcs lower back very bad ache mostly at the left back area, when managed to stand up can only managed to move after a few minutes bcs the ache very bad. My sleeping position is sleep on back.
Is there any way to get rid of this?

If want to bulk up like the Rock size will take how many years if you take gym serious + buy all those protein shakes and vitamins? Bcs i see some gym experts here pumping iron for few years already but biceps still the size of karipap, but they banga till can walk around shirtless.

Hi guys, i went to cut my hair at the salon the other day and the girl who cut my hair also inspected my hair with some machine that zoom into your scalp. She showed me that the pores in my scalp is being block bcs of my hair is very oily. 1 pores only have 1 hair and was told a healthy one will should have about 3 hairs like that. She then recommend me to buy her organic shampoo that cost almost rm100.

Her bm and english not very good, so i don't think she really understood my question. I just want to know how to unblock these block pores? Bcs from what i read these block pores will lead to hair thinning which will eventually lead to baldness. Will by just buying her rm100 organic shampoo unblock the pores on my scalp? Please help guys, i don't want to go bald.

Hi guys, i am using a old computer. MY CMOS batt died few days ago and when trying to replaced the batt i accidentally broke the CMOS batt holder and the components that join it to the + slot.

I would be changing my laptop somewhere in Now or December. WTA is it ok to keep using my laptop without cmos batt? I don't mind keep resetting the date and time every time during start up.
