Router: TP-LINK Archer C7 V2

Problem details

Problem description:

After setting up the C7 with the correct VLAN (500) and Unifi login, the router is connected but there is not Internet connection out from all the ports.

Pinging from Diagnostic menu also return timed-out.

Tried both 140704 fw and 140318 fw for Malaysia C7 with VLAN tagging and both returns the same results.

Resetting to default (both with reset button and from webui) and re-configure numerous time, no success either.

Is there anyone able to connect the C7 to UniFi with the stock TPLink.my fw?

Hope any expert could assist
