hi bro n sis i would like to seek help on my situation

currently i m working with a bank as customer service and can employer fire u with below reason?
1st i will need to explain how my company kpi works...we as a cust service..our KPI contribute from Call per Hour..defects..attendence...handling time and sales is one of the requirement and the minimum passing marks for each mark is 55pts to get u into safe zone which is rating 3( rating1-4)

I did not passed fpr year 2010 KPI and i only get rating 4 and they put me on a PIP(performance improvement program) to ensure my performance get on par.but with more crucial condition which i have to passed all area i mention above
i did get my point for 55 above for this past 3 months just i did failed in 1 or 2 area and management warn me if next 2 months i cant passed all area even my points are more than passing mark they will still let me go
I find it unfair and i did discuss with management and they are just giving a standard script answer:We want you to be a consistent performer that is why.

So i would like to seek advise from everyone.can employer do so?i did call to NUBE(bank union for clerical bank staff)and they advise is actually against labor law as Employer cant sack staff with this reason and they only can either no increment or bonus for employee.They only can sack staff if they commit serious offend like big losses for company or sexual harassment or such and they advise i should lodge a complaint to lembaga pekerja to intefere.
I try to go in to their website but seems like i couldnt find any of their helpline?

Can anyone give me advise on above matter and clarify on labour law part?thanks! sorry for my noob english .

i m using 3con 4 ports wireless router modem, since few days ago, after awhile i connected to internet(roughly 20-30 mins) all the page seems load half way and hang
and i cant go into my router setting.i tried to reset the setting but the prob still exist.the worst thing is after i reset the setting my ps3 still can connected to the wireless
network buy my SEg900 Cant.after the phone connected to network and when i tried to go to any page it show cant locate remote server.

ANY pro help me pls..

i bought a new pc yesterday with my fren...we bought the same spec except for cpu and gpu....
when i try to installl vista...it just stuck at the 1st screen which i only can see the vista background and mouse pointer...
my fren pc got no prob installing vista.i have try to flash the bios and trry to remove some hardware to see where it crash with any of them but still the same.install XP is just so fine.

2gb kingston ddr800

after a sudden electricity cut off...and when electricity come back ..my mobo cant detect my IDE hdd..my SATA hdd still awright and my cd rom and dvd-rom working fine..anyway to save the data in IDE HDD?i heard some 1 say u can buy a same model HDD and move the "brain" to the new HDD,will this work?
