Numbness in right side of head

I have been experiencing numbness / pin & needle sensation in right side of my head fr 2 months. The sensation come and go all day everyday when i acctually turning / lean down my head and neck.

Initially, the sensation is stronger and much more frequent. It also extend to face for few times. Cheek and lips also got some numbness. So i went to neurology specialist and MRI scanning to my brain. The result came out show nothing wrong but possibilities of sinusitis. Then, i was transfered to ENT specialist n found out sinus infection. Medicine and nasal spray given and i have took it fr about 1 and half month. The sinus inflammation is cured, face and lips numbness is gone but the numbness in my head still exist but da sensation getting lighter. Then, i switched to orthopaedic specialist. He did not do any scanning and told me that it is cervical spine issue due to my job ( sitting in front of computer for long period). He advised me it is very common and only nerve supplement given.

The sensation in my head still exist, any recommended orthopaedic specialist in KL/Selangor?
