career switch

i was graduated in marketing for quite sometime ago.
after i graduate i worked as a pr marketing then ventured into sales and call center after that. im now about 30, i been switching among the industries and i felt that i still prefer doing marketing.
however i realized that the job market will prefer people those who have been "focus" doing marketing for all these while compared to people like us. should i just forget about getting back to the field of study and just continue do what i doing now, so that i do not have to start over again? or i just switch it and relearn everything despite the job market and current economic situation? advice appreciated from all sifu and career mentor.

accident

i was involved in a car accident where i hit a motorbike years back.
made a police report, called ambulance and sent the injured motorist to hospital. so the motorist claimed that she torn her ligament.
without further checking, i advised her to be in touch with my insurance agent to perform claim for her hospitalization and medical fee. somehow i received a writ summon and she was demanding money for her medical fee, hospitalization, fee to repair her motorbike and even for loss of income? i thought all these were covered under insurance? and she only demand this after years later?? what should i do, any good advice?

How bad is bad resume?

How does HR evaluate bad resume?
Is working 2 years considered as good working history?
I have a friend that has been changing jobs recently and he was afraid that his resume looks bad in the eyes of HR, while I think that his resume is still OK.

All the while he was working for about 1.5 years to two years.

However last two jobs he had some issues. Thus he quit 2 jobs consecutively (2 and 3 months respectively)
After that he managed to secure a job in an overseas company and worked for a year, but the company is facing restructuring and might having retrenchment soon. Would retrenchment give a big impact on his resume based on this situation? What's your opinion?

Just started working recently, planning to own an used car..
So i would like to know if there is any chance to get loan approve without guarantor?

- Car loan OTR RM 85k
- Basic RM 2000 + RM500 fixed allowance
- Just work for a month only
- Previously work freelance get pay by cash only. But I have declared income tax
- Checked CTOS figure, max 2.
- Have credit card RM 4k limit, personal loan RM300 every month.
- Assume i have no saving, coz my freelance job delay my payment pending 12k (not sure when can get)
- graduate holder (i don't mind consider graduate scheme)

Income tax rm3k salary (no payslip and bank statement)
Freelance job (only have 3 months payment voucher + bank statement amount about 11k)

Do you guys think the loan can pass?
Or anyway I can tweak on that to do something on it?

Resignation

Refer to the title above, I am planning to resign my job as i find that the job is not what i passionate for. However, i am bonded for a year.. in my employment contract, it stated that employment benefit handbook will be given to me upon my commencement of job, yet the company delayed it for 2 months and gave me the outdated one. Can i use it as an excuse that company fail to fulfill its responsibility and break the bond?

hey guys! i have some questions to you all especially for those who have been in the music industry.. i need your guidance
i started to get involved in music when i was 19 (a bit too old to start perhaps).. my passion grow more and more since then.
now i'm preparing myself to take some vocal exams and try to get myself into singing and producing music as a part of career.
(I feel that i'm now ready for this! )

so how do i start? i don't know anyone in the industry... do they take intern for singing in cafe? is audition the only way?
is there any agent that act as the middle man who hire the singers and performers?
i don't really wanna wait anymore coz the auditions are limited and i'm already 25 this year

is there any production studio also offering trainee or intern position as well? i'm also trained one year on cubase software..
my demo is not up to real professional quality yet, but i hope i could have some channels that can help me to achieve my dream?
