Was reading up surprised to see the politicians involved are still in office and holding cabinet portfolio.

The goverment lost its appeal against the politican in 2021 but Bang Non still appoints him?

His cabinet filled with dodgy people, don't know how long can last.

Brief History

Was skinny fat for most of my teenage life,then I decided to join the gym in January 2016.After about a 10 months of mostly unstructured workout,I decided to follow a 3 day workout split regiment while cutting my weight that I gained in the 10 months.
Finished my cut in January with mixed results,but I finally decided that I wanted to increase my strength.

Goals
-Increase my bodyweight to 67kg by April
-Increase my strength

Diet
I typically eat 1900-2000 calories on non lifting days and 2200-2300 calories on lifting days.I try to 1g of protein of per pound of bodyweight but it varies from day to day.

Workout Plan
Stronglifts 5x5 + Hypertrophy + some accessory machine work

Shoulder Pain

While benching(warm up set),I heard a pop sound and felt pain in the front portion of my left shoulder.

My question is,does it require medical attention and how long should I abstain from exercises that involve the shoulder?

i was wondering whether i should upgrade my rig or just build an entire rig.

my pc cant start after unlocking the 2 extra cores on my processor.there was a beeping sound (every 5 seconds)

i have unlocked these cores before,but for some reason the 2 extra cores were disabled.so,i decided to unlock these cores,then these problem started occuring.

cpu:phenom 2 X2 555 BE
gpu: gtx 460 786 mb
mobo: gigabyte MA770T-US3
( 3 1/2 year rig)

i have tried resetting the the BIOS by pulling the battery and starting up then and by removing the rams in two seperate occasions but to no avail.
