U-Mobile?

Few days ago, I kept getting anon miscalls of 019-880 number.
Then when finally I managed to pick it up, the said number with a woman speaking (stated my name but asked for my IC no) says that my U-Mobile bill need to be paid soon to avoid suspend. She asked me to go to the nearest centre to pay the bill then after paying the bill sms to notify her.

So I paid through cimbclicks (yesterday) like usual. And then today that number called me again. So I got more suspicious and I thought I'd post it in the forum...
Fraud? or it's just U-Mobile being too kind to remind people their bill due date?

Synopsis
