Hi Guys,

About a month ago Ms X rear ended my car on LDP, I proceeded to report at the PJ state Police station.
The sarjan there was however trying to discourage me from reporting by saying he can't do anything if the other person does not come forward to file a report.
I proceeded to report and furnished him with details, pictures and also number of the person.
I was told that they will send her a letter and that's the only thing they can do till she comes forward.

Fast forward, its been a 1.5months, the person has not reported, and the sarjan does not want to give me the results and I can't claim her insurance for this.

Please advice on how to go about this.
Does it mean that I can rear end someone, and getaway with it as long as I ignore the letter and do not make a report?

how do i play hd video+surround thru my pc?

hey guys.. i just realized that my motherboard has spdif output for 5.1hd audio and a hdmi port for 1080p output..
the thing is, what sort of media player software do i use to output surround sound and without loosing any video quality?

i downloaded a player called miro but it isnt able to show subtitles (.srt) files while playing the video..

is something wrong with my mobo?

SAPPHIRE HD4670

*i have not installed any fans on my casing

i was playin left 4 dead just now and the Motherboard temp shot up to 50c!!

is this normal? i have not overclocked it at all.. i even reset bios settings.. but it averages around 48c!!!
is there anything wrong with my mobo?

one more thing is that the left for dead game just exits after about 15mins of playing.. wats wrong?

how to "reformat" my acer 4720G?

i juz bought an acer 4720G laptop frm LY plaza abt 2 weeks ago..
it came preinstalled with MS WIN VISTA home premium and lotsa trialware..
norton antivirus - a 90 day trial was bugging me, so i uninstalled it.. just about 10 mins after i did that, my lappie was kinda slow.. (Guess i got infected with virus.) then there was this "INTERNET SECURITY TOOLBAR 7.1" in internet explorer which I CANT UNINSTALL coz i its not in the list of installed programs.. and it doesnt even show on the TOOLS> TOOLBARS >
and everytime i surfed the net, lotsa pop ups were bugging me and i got tired of it.. so i decided to reformat it..
using the acer e management software, i clicked recover > recover to factory default settings > then it asked for the security code, i entered it, then it showed the warning that all data will be erased, then i clicked yes.. then it restarted, and loaded windows as usual.. it did not reformat as it was supposed to do.. in fact my files were even there.. ( i did not do a backup )

then i read the manual which says "press (alt) + (F10) while the acer logo is showing durin bootup to launch the acer D2D recovery.. but i tried so many times, it just keeps loading windows as usual...

i even checked the bios settings which shows that acer D2D was ENABLED..

i dunno how to go about it!! i was about to call up acer till i got an idea to post it over here!!

any help frm u guys is greatly appreciated!! thanks in advance!!

autoflip side mirror problem

i have mmc autoflip side mirrors on my wira..
when i parked my car outside today there was lots a kid playin around.. and i think one of them must have did something to it coz its not working ryte now.. whenever i unlock the doors, only one side opens, the other stays closed but makes a loud irritating noise...

is there anyway that i can fix this problem myself? eg: DIY

coz 1 side costs RM120..
and this is happenin to me for the THIRD TIME.. vry frustrated..
