Rear end accident

Hi guys, got a question.

Last few days, i rear ended another car. Not very hard la.. The other guy came down from his car, take a few photo, and drive away. Not even a words from him..

Since the accident not that hard, and the car got only small dent, i thought that guy dont want any fuss, just wanna let go like that. Somemore, parts of it is his fault also bcs he cilok me from left. So i dont make any report or anything la. He also dont say anything..

Suddenly today i got sms stated that yesterday i involved in an accident, and need me to make police report at H.S.Lee police station..

So question is, should i go make the report since its already past few days? What will happen to me if i dont make the report? I already at kampung for hari raya..

hi guys.. need some help here..

now im planning to get my 1st car.. since i just start working for only 1 month, im considering to buy 2nd car..
chevrolet aveo and peugeot naza bestari 206 come to my mind.. but can sombody help me abt the maintenance, FC and spareparts availability for these car?
are they worth buying?
or mybe any other recomendation besides these two?

already checking some review for both car in LYN n other forum / site..
but really need some additional advice before making decision coz i hve zero knowledge abt car...

btw, most of my fmily n friend would like me to buy the new myvi. but i tend to avoid any local car..
and my budget is limited too, mybe around 35-40k as i hve another comitment such to take care of my family, paying for house rent / utilitise, payback for my PTPTN loan and also saving for my future..
