Hi Guys. Want to ask if want invest in Setapak area Rampai court is it worthy for invest? Have 2 room 1 bath and access card entry parking price around rm210k to 300k depend furnished or not.
That area easy to rent out? hope can heard some sharing from who had stayed there before or still staying there thank you very much.

Hi all, Want to ask.. Any recommends speaker for Alza? Original speaker really boring to heard.. no bass and sound flat...
No need big woofer, Just want to replace 4 original speaker, to good quality brand. But better is plug & play one.
Don't want cut wire, because still under warranty thank you

Car coolant water mix

Morning everyone. Want to ask about Coolant system in car.
The coolant water in our car normally top up when begin less, But can i use battery water for top up?
I heard some of my friends said not recommend water from pipe or drinking water.
Because normal water have minerals.. better use RO water or water battery. Is it true?

Perodua service center alignment and balancing

Want to ask, if I didn't do tyre alignment and balancing on Perodua service center will it void my warranty? Because wedsite service package wrote do it every 20k services.. But other service like change engine oil or auto oli is on time la.
Only alignment and balancing.. Just ask for different opinions..

For new car auto transmission fluid need to replace on second service or wait till 20k miles? I asking service center they said on 20k miles, some said better second time service because new car have some small metal In gearbox like new engine must change for first 1000km. Which I should follow?
