Ownership transfer

Greetings, I'm planning to transfer my maxis fiber ownership to another person of the same address, however I have some questions regarding the transfer:

1) I've read previous posts that we can still transfer ownership within contract period, please confirm about this matter.
2) If the transfer is possible, will the contract period continue on or will it start over again?
3) What needs to be done for the transfer and how long does the process take?

Filing a report regarding EPF

Hey guys, I'm an individual with less than 2 years of industry experience. I'd like to know the procedure of lodging a complaint regarding company not paying EPF. My previous company has been owing me 10 months and shockingly my current one that I joined last month did not pay me as well.

May I know what are the other documents that I need to file a report besides my offer letters and payslips? Should I go to KWSP or labourlaw?

yellow tint screen on lumia 920

Hey guys,

I'm planning to get the 920 soon but from what I've seen so far, a lot of demo units have this yellowish tint on the 920 display.

I asked about it the first time I saw it in nokia store and the staff told me that they have been charging the device nonstop since beginning of this year, so the display has this yellowish tint.

I don't know how true can overcharging the battery affect the color of display, and I've also heard that LCDs have this problem.

Just wondering if any of you are facing this problem?

WTA - reapplying THRID time for the same job

Hey guys,

I applied for this company (one of the few top 3D studios in Malaysia) end of last year but got rejected after a week. Since they said that i can reapply in the future, i redid my showreel and then sent it again for the second time earlier this year. I had confidence in my new showreel i thought it was better than my previous one cuz the previous one was not properly prepared(kinda regretted this) so that's the reason i got turned down the first time. But then there was no reply for the second application.

So i had to move on to find other companies... Eventually i ended up in another company but the experience is just horrible... for months i don't learn much as a fresh grad and the system there is just extremely unorganized. Then i thought of quitting my job that's still under probation and reapplying the one that i rejected me, for the third time.

What would you say if i reapply the same company, same position for the third time within a year, with a better showreel than the previous 2?? And would quitting within my probationary period as a fresh grad affect my career in the future??
