Warranty claim for Sapphire GPU

Dear all. i would like to ask for you all opinion on my experience that i had recently.

My gpu, sapphire r7 250x cannot be detected by my pc. as per my purchase receipt, it stated the warranty will be 3years. i bought the gpu back almost 3 years ago at a one of a biggest company at Plaza Lowyat.

However, after i send for warranty claim, they then revert back to me saying that the warranty claim is rejected due to Sapphire standard warranty is only 3 years. Then i argue with them saying that, the receipt is written 3 years (handwriting). But they said, normally at the gpu box, it will state that the warranty is 2 years only.

The problem is, when i bought the desktop, i ask them to assemble the pc for me and i only get back mobo box for me.

So i would like to get some advice on this issue. Is there anything i can do regarding this issue?
