As stated, my parents are oversea, and one of my plug neutral pin just melted in a socket, I used a cloth to remove it and off the switch of the socket, what should I do now? Will it cause any fire if remained off? help me any pros

BSOD in Dota 2

As stated, whenever I start my game, my computer will either : Auto restart or BSOD. I've untick the automatically restart options and enable minidump. The Specs im Using is, i7-2600 3.4 Ghz, 8 gb Ram, and Nvidia Gtx 550 ti graphic card. I've tried various steps recommended by the dev dota 2 forum but still cant solve the problem. Any helps would be appreciated.\

Something about IP hacking

can someone teach me? lets say i know someone's IP, anyway can i hack into that particular person's computer, or view info about his comp. My cousin duno y, he detected my ip and then he say he send a keologger or watever into my computer n hacked my game acc.
Can anyone teach me how to broke into someone's computer from having the IP.
And 1 more thing, when i manually connect into the net, how can i choose wad ip i wan to connect or its random cannot be changed?
