Unable to take out heatsink

Heatsink changed, another problem

So my heatsink has been having overheat temperature problem, so I went and got myself a CM hyper 212 evo.

The problem is, I'm unable to take out my heatsink, the heatsink that comes with the i5 2500, it's like it's stuck on the motherboard, what should i do?

EDIT:

Heatsink is taken out, and the CM Hyper 212 Evo is installed.

The new problem, when I put everything back on and turn the pc on, everything seems to start as it sounds, but my screen isn't showing, the monitor is like not connected at all, my mouse and keyboard isn't functioning as well. Solution guys?

so the story -

my friend has been using the cm storm enforcer with gx 650w, and just a few days ago he changed the casing to antec 300 and installed a new psu corsair tx 650.

on the first day, everything seems okay, nothing was wrong and as usual playing games
but on the second day, everything starts freezing, whenever he play bf3, LoL and other games, his pc would freeze.

what's the problem?

he's using

gigabyte ga-h77m-d3h
intel i5 3570
gigabyte 660 ti
corsair tx 650w
corsair vengeance 8gb 2x4gb 1600mhz

Monitor wont show, PC running.

Hello, I was doing some cable management just now with my PC, and after putting everything on I just go ahead and turn the PC on. The PC seems to sound fine and starting like usual, but the Monitor isn't showing anything. Did I do anything wrong? The cables seems to be plugged in the right places. Thanks!

Something is wrong with my rig. [Need help!]

So, I went out to get my new Intel 520 60gb SSD today, and came back happily and then trying to set it up. After setting everything up, I go on to formatting my HDD and fresh install OS to the SSD. So this is the tricky part, I don't understand why is it that I cannot seems to install OS into the SSD at all, half way after installing the OS, it'll restart (as usual while installing OS), and then it'll be stuck at the BIOS screen, I cannot use my keyboard at all, I realise after pressing num lock once or twice, the num lock light doesn't go on and off as usual (when you press num lock), I was thinking maybe the computer freeze, and then I let it be for at least 15-30 minutes and it's still there on the bios screen. So I went to restart the computer, and then it prompted me to fresh install OS again (?????). Is something wrong with the rig, SSD or motherboard is dead? Cause I realise after changing the USB of mouse and keyboard, everything lit up and just stop there.

Now new problem. I'm at a page where it says Windows Boot Manager, choose an operating system to start, or press TAB to select a tool:

Windows 7

I pressed enter for windows 7, and there's the problem again, my keyboard isn't working. I'm sure my mouse and keyboard is still OK since I plugged them into this laptop.

Any solution?
