Im currently working in singapore but still live in malaysia.
So how do i apply for home loan?
still the same or got other process which i need to go through?

BTW since this is my 1st housing loan and im thinking about future investment, should i buy a lelong one instead of an under development one?

i got 1 saman which is make me black listed and kenot renew road tax..
the worst thing is, the day that i kene saman i lost my wallet & on my way home kene tahan road block..
now, i need to pay 300 for TIADA LESEN MEMANDU which i have for years..
then only can renew roadtax.. aishhh.. i marah ni i marah..

I wanna ask, would someone suggest me a good shoe to wear to work..

I walk like 15,000-25,000 steps per day..
that will be around 6-8km per day..
so i need a shoe that doesnt hurt much..
my bata shoe now its killing me oi..
casual or formal oso good..
price below 400 ok2 la..
if cheaper better..
and most importantly it looks good even i wear a smart casual type of attire..

well i was thinking about making a longterm saving since i dont have EPF for several years from now..
so i wanna make another option which is i see quite good kot..
im total noob about all this stuff..
so i want some opinion about what to do and what not to do..
this is serious

1 option :
-do asb loan 25 years 100k
-yearly pay by dividen then add a lil for interest lah kot

2 option:
-do a retirement scheme program by maybank
-pay 300 per month till 10 years.. then maybank pay bank 8% of total income for 10 years something like that..
-end up with 70k something

3 option:
-do a salary replacement scheme (this one my fren die die said good option)
-its insurance with saving btw

hurm.. which is the best thing to do so?
my income rate below 5k per month..
but i really want saving some and buy an acre tanah at least at my kampung..

and i found out that place has a unifi coverage n p1 coverage..
since last time at my kampung dont have more than 1mbps line..

so i quite unsure,

is it worth it to take unifi?

My office got one group of stupid people mostly so called "orang atas @ top management"..

I'm It Macai, they gimme financing job..
I didnt take that as my priority since its not in my job spec..

Then i start doing my own job instead of their job and still i could complete their job before due date..
Later Account cant make financing come to my place and scold me on public..
Due was on Tuesday evening, i give them on monday evening..
Then they said, they need it by monday morning before 10am..
But they say that AFTER 4.30pm ON TUESDAY..
I give the face..
Then say, this thing urgent u need to settle it fast..

WTF, i got accounting software, server, and pc to maintenance before i settle their job..
Design company chop oso my work keh?

Sometimes i feels like quitting but thinking that i might not get a better job makes me feel bad actually..
Gaji oso ciput oni.. said to my HOD i want quit he said no for sure then up my gaji abit..
cant do it like 3 times per year for increment..

use celcom also same,
digi no big diff,
umobile no coverage pulak,
use streamyx intermitent..
