Effects of gst on car price

Just want to ask expert car sifus a question.

If gst is introduced in April 2015, will this cause car prices to shoot up by an additional 6% or so?

What if I've booked my car prior to that month (Feb, March) but haven't arrived by gst introduction date, will Proton or Perodua charge me the pre-gst price or post-gst price?
