Brother MFC-J430W Receiving fax problem

Need help for expert fax troubleshooter I'm using Unifi phone line to receive fax and I have set both the printer and line dedicated to fax. But I still not receiving any fax. FAQ/Troubleshooting guide under their website are not working at all. It have dial tone when I plug it to a fixed line phone work fine.

Fax receive having problem! No problem for sending

Need help, I need to know why the asus router die( Can't access WEBGUI, can't connect to the internet, LAN & Wifi showing limited connection) then I try to switch off and on back the router, the power, usb and wan light are really really dim and everything is not working. It takes sometime to have it back in action.
