Confuse either it ROUTER PROBLEM or INTERNET PBLEM

Hello everyone..I have this ODD PROBLEM, every time when I watch you tube video, it always have VERY LOW QUALITY PICTURE/VIDEO albeit it is in HD.
I use streamyx 1mbps.
Router provide by streamyx itself.
There is 4 of us using it.
I sense this problem since December last year 2012.
I try to use my University Wi-Fi connection to watch some video clip and it stream a VERY GOOD PICTURE/VIDEO.
I hope anyone here could point me out what to do.
By the way I use windows firewall.
I really confuse either it ROUTER PROBLEM or INTERNET CONNECTION to our home problem.
We have subscribe the streamyx since March 2012.
I live in Taman Bukit Angkasa, Bangsar. ( I provide where I live because maybe the place I live could affected to this problem )

"Unsuccessful download" on my Galaxy Note 2

Hello everyone, I have my Galaxy Note 2, a problem occur which is "Unsuccessful download" whenever I want to download picture today. I don't know what is going on, which I thought weather my Note or browser PROBLEM. I already search through the web but has not been directly found any problem which is really happen on Galaxy Note 2. Except I found similar problem happen to Google Nexus ( I found it on droid forum ).
I hope anyone here could point me out with an answer and what to do.

My Acer Aspire 3680 Unable to DETECT Window XP CD

Hello guys..m havin a problem with laptop since it couldn't detected window xp cd format (I use the Win XP SP3 Golden Black Ultimate Edition).."Couldn't Detected" m refering to when we restart our laptop;
1st part : it should be able to detected the CD after the BIOS interface had appeared in the early minute, then come to the
2nd part : where it should detected the CD & sayin "Press any key to boot from CD"..
now yesterday my laptop always skip the 2nd part and it directly goin to activate the OS. This problem never occur b4 & now m stuck.
FYI : I try to format my laptop using "black market" edition that come wit Xp-Win7 edition visual effect & a lot more stuff.. ..hope u guys understand.
So,is it I have to seting the bios to boot from CD become primary?? I did try to change the setting but I don't find any method to do it..Thanx a lot for any info.

Hello guys..I'm really new to this kind of robotic world, but I've been given a task to developed a software to for Fire Fighting Robot that will join MURoC. I think a lot of you here now about MURoC. So, basically I really doesn't have any idea of what kind of software that is relevant for me to create the software for this task. Hai guys...i wanna ask about Nokia C6-01 ability for surfing, i got this phone recently and i try it for surfing for a few times, it do can surf the internet, but what bugging me is it could not display the web correctly inside the phone. It just displaying text and also it does not have flash player because the picture content in each website could not been display well and of course you tube. Regarding you tube video, when ever I transfer it from my laptop, it could be played well maybe it just only have you tube player only. So I need some information to understand this phone guys. I did do some homework checking the specification about this but what i got to know just a basic information.
