Desktop PC build to play DotA 2 at max setting

Hi all.

I'm thinking of building a desktop pc to play DotA2 at max setting. Right now I'm playing with low setting on my laptop. Need to untick some of the setting boxes.

[Budget]
RM 3000.00 or is it too much?

[Purpose]
Definitely to play DotA2 at highest setting for now.

[Hardwares that will be re-use]
Built from scratch.

[Monitor resolution]
I don't know. But is it HD monitor necessary?

[Games & softwares that use frequently]
DotA2. but maybe I'll play Dragon Nest. For software, I can't use gopro studio properly on my current laptop, so I think I need a desktop PC that can run gopro studio nicely.

[Location]
I'm living in Kuantan but no harm to travel to KL or anywhere as long as I can build my desktop at good price.

I don't know what kind of parts do I need to build a desktop PC. Maybe someone can give me a list of items that I need. I keep confusing between items because of the name. Some times I thought it was a graphic card but it is not. zzz

Hello all

Can anyone tell me is there any course for postgraduate that I can take for only 1 year in Malaysia? most of course I found required 1 & 1/2 years or 2 years to obtain master degree.

My current education
Course: Bachelor in Chemical Engineering Technology in Process
CGPA: 3.02 / 4.00
Final Year Project: Optimization of the Electrocoagulation Process for the Removal of Turbidity, Chemical Oxygen Demand and Heavy Metals in Industrial Wastewater

*I want to save time actually thats why I try to avoid learning to obtain master more than 1 year
*hope can get answer other than Master Science in Supply Chain Management from Malaysian Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (Fees too high like studying in UK)

1) AP set BB should be new phone or not? i mean if i buy ap set bb, i'll be the 1st owner or not? what i understand right now, ap set is new phone, buyer will be 1st owner but it has lower price because warranty from the seller and bb center won't accept it if anything happens. it also has only 1 year duration warranty.

and some seller lies to customer saying that their recon set is ap set

am i right or wrong?

2) i have read here on how to check the bb phone either it is new or 2nd hand phone by checking the data and voice usage

my question is, this trick really works? how about if person before that has "renew" the data/voice usage to show 0 K & 0 minutes although the phone actually has gone through exceeded data/voice usage to make the phone looks like brand new phone? or the data/voice usage in bb phones cant be "renew" actually so thats why we can use this trick to check the bb phones before purchase?

hope anyone can explain to me before i'm buying bb phone soon.

i cant find the driver on the nvidia website.. anyone know how to get driver for these gc?

my laptop got NVIDIA GeForce 610M and Intel® HD Graphics Family. i didnt know my laptop is using which one for gaming performance because when i view dxdiag -> display, it show the intel, not nvidia, is that means my laptop now is using intel for graphic? not nvidia? and how can i make my nvidia is functioning?

#sorry 4 the noob question, i really dont know about this

brand asus, with aluminium casing, red/blue colour, dont know what version of this laptop

the promoter also said he can give me upgrade ram until 8 GB

for price RM2000..

is this real or he just joke..

i want to ask if anyone having the same problems with me

the problems:
1. slow download (video, pdf file, etc)
2. slow streaming (any videos)

its confusing me because the skmm is said to be unlimited, so why it slow when downloading/streaming? at first i thought that the speed is reduce because i have exceed its limit (dont know if it has hidden limit) but i still can surfing facebook, blogspot, etc etc at normal speed, from what i know, if the speed is reduce (example maxis bb, i used it before) even the facebook page is failed to load, cant like & comments at all

so, the celcom skmm is now reducing speed for only downloading/streaming? so whats the point promoting with the "unlimited" description on the pack? should said "unlimited except for downloading & streaming"

#no offence to those who sell this pack, i just want to know the truth, only the 1st/2nd month i'm able to stream youtube, downloading tonnes of movies but now, even 1 minute football highlights 1 need to wait for about 5 minutes ++

hello.. i want to ask anybody that know about laptop for gaming.. or anyone that may give any opinions..

1. my current laptop compaq psesario CQ40, processor AMD Turion X2, ATi Radeon Graphics, anyone know my graphic card is 256/512 mb or 1 gb ?

2. i cant play DOTA2 & PES2012 with my CQ40 with good quality graphic, not smooth although i have set to low all the video setting (DOTA2), for PES 2012, i need to set all the video setting to low so that the game play will be smooth, is it my graphic card not good enough for the games ?

3. actually whats make a laptop capable of playing high graphic games ? its processor ? graphic card ? i planning to spend around rm 3k for gaming laptop (i5/i7, nvideia geforce, etc) but i find out my friends just bought a much cheaper laptop that can play high graphic games (PES2012 & DOTA2), he bought lenovo g470 (intel pentium, 6gb ram, radeon graphics) for only rm1.3K..

so what actually the most important things for a laptop to be capable of playing high graphic games
