            <title>Cough Issue</title>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im currently suffering a serious cough, especiallly during night times, I cough alot at night and making me can&amp;#39;t sleep soundly,i drink a lot of water during the day time, on the night time i can&amp;#39;t drink that much because it will makes me often pee during the night. My friend recommand me a medicine that is &amp;quot;Cough En Linctus&amp;quot; from Pexa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My friend says it is a good sleeping aid as well as cough medicine too and relieves mucor stuck. After consuming this medication, the patient will feel dizzy and drowsy???&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please advise on this product for whom has used it before.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks</description>

            <title>Eye Sight Care</title>

            <description>Hi all Lowyat members,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have a problem about my eye sight. I do wear spectacles. When i wear spectacles for about 3 hours, my eyes will feel stressed and painful, for the three hours just a normal activity, at my work place looking in front of the computer that&amp;#39;s all, I&amp;#39;m in a clean environment area. Furthermore, I have checked with eye specialist, they said my spectacles has no problem on gaining power. Just matter in fact, he said i&amp;#39;m lack of several nutrients such as Vitamin A, he recommend me take supplement bilberry or black berry etc. Is here any LYN members selling bilberry? Please advise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besides that, i have a question, is it possible if my eyes feel stressed and painful, i can&amp;#39;t able to sleep well? Or my body lack of melatonin? I sometimes suffers from insomnia too.             <title>Insomnia</title>

            <description>Hi everyone,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently, I have experiencing insomnia, i can&amp;#39;t sleep properly at night. I tried to sleep at 11pm or 12am but i manage to fall asleep on  3am or 4am. I keep turn around and turn on my bed with lights off and air conditional switch on. I need to wake up on 6.30am to prepare myself to my workplace, my work dismiss at 5.15pm. After that, i had my dinner on 7pm, 7.30pm head to the gym, i went to the gym and swim for 50 minutes non stop in between 10 minutes have a rest...then after that i went to steam bath for around 15 minutes. after that i had my heavy training bout 1 and a half hours. After my weight training i&amp;#39;ll be doing abs for 30 minutes. Then, went back home. FYI: i did not take any supplements like whey protein shakes. I came back home almost 10.30pm, then i feel my heart rate is increasing but my eyes was tired. around 11pm i started to go to bed, my both eyes tired but the problem is i can&amp;#39;t manage to sleep well, my whole body was like burning and my heart beat rate was increasing( it takes time for the heart to come in a calm mode). My mom told me i&amp;#39;m too hyperactive after a hard time in the gym, doing all parts of the body, just like reactivate every parts of our body, so thats the reason?? Any advice for this issue?</description>
