All Linux Kernel Process Control Management Same?

I am doing a research on Ubuntu Linux. And I have a doubt that how is the Ubuntu Process control management, which means is the Process scheduling , CPU scheduleling and how is those algoriths and so fort.

I found that those things is done by Linux Kernel. But I wonder is it all the version of the kernel work in the same way or technique in the Process Control Mangement???

I am just new to Operating System study, hope anybody can please help me about my doubt .

Any comment for APIIT Business course?

APIIT is famouse with their IT or computing course, but how about their commerce or business courses? Is it as good as their IT course? Any comment for that?

Hi , I had just complete my diploma in Information Technology , and I am attract by a Gaming & Animation Technology for Advance diploma level. And I will take the Computer Games Software Engineering at the Degree level in major of Gaming and Animation Technology. But what I am wondering is, Is it Game Creator or Game developer demand is high in the market ? and about how much of the base salary?

Currently, i have about 24 product and every product i name is Product0, Product1, Product2 , Product3, Product4...............Product23. and i am trying to loop it out with for loop . And, I am trying to add in the function of NewWin() for each Picture that had been loop out and When visitor click on the Picture, it will Pop-up a new window and display the picture that click by user . I have succeed to pop up the new window but fail in displaying the picture with this code. I suspect the problem is about passing parameter to the function NewWin(), Does anybody have solution for it? I hope can get the solution as soon as posible, because its very urgent
