NO PRO-RATED&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;<br />i called to 123 again, the staff said ONLY this plan no pro-rated&#33; unbelievable&#33; i said i not accepted, i must get the prorated. then he said will pass to billing team check and callback me. i forgot to take the case no. then after one week, nobody follow this thing with me..... <br /><br />then i make complaint by email, this time get case no. they said will need 5 working days for investigation?&#33; OMG&#33; <br /><br />most important, they didn&#39;t rebate my family line calls&#33; charged again&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; i was like what is this?<br /><br /><br />the worst customer service that they have&#33;&#33;<br /><br />just wonder anybody faced this issue too? junetan Networks and Broadband Mon, 25 Mar 2013 17:48:45 +0800
