PC kong - is it due to mobo?

it happened last saturday afternoon.
i was using the PC as normal until suddenly the screen hanged.
i thought maybe my GPU overheat due to high temp (it was blardy damn hot that day), then i try to restart.
when i press the reset button, the screen turned blank but it didn't boot into BIOS, and there was this alarm sound beeping, some sort like *pi pu pi pu*
i turned off the PC and try to on it again later - this time it can boot up fine.
not long after i got into windows, the screen hanged again.
the 1st thing i had in mind is graphic card failure, thus i took out my graphic card and use the build in graphic instead.
same thing happened.
then i try to run the windows under safe mode and uninstall the old GPU driver to avoid any possibility of driver conflict.
when i run windows under normal mode again, the thing crashed yet again.
up to this point damn pissed off adi, i enter safe mode again and goddammit, now even the shit happens during safe mode.

from my judgment -
problem not due to harddisk cos can boot into windows
problem not due to graphic card cos both GPU card and internal buil graphic failed
problem not due to RAM cos the RAM size detected during BIOS boot up is the same as my RAM size
problem not due to PSU cos every compenent is powered up properly

so, has my mobo failed on me?
